Each project is unique, and you'll always receive a personalised quote before we proceed.
Proposal, contract & invoice
After reviewing your questionnaire, I’ll send you a detailed proposal, contract and invoice within one working day.
Once you’re happy with the pricing and turnaround time, simply sign and pay to kick things off.
What I need to get started
To begin your project, I’ll need the following:
- Floorplan with measurements (CAD, PDF or hand-drawn)
- Room Survey notes
- FF&E
- Furniture layout
- Photos or videos of the space
- Moodboard or concept board (if applicable)
Deliverables
You’ll receive high-quality 3D visuals, including perspective views, elevations and front, side and top views.
Measurements can be added upon request.
For an additional £50, a walkthrough video can also be provided.
Packages:
Essential
Perfect for smaller spaces such as hallways, small bedrooms, bathrooms, utility rooms, and half rooms, or single-perspective projects. This package can also apply to larger rooms with minimal detail requirements.

2 RevisionsImage Set: Perspective, front, side, and top views. Elevation views are available upon request.
Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures & Fittings
Closest-match items (e.g., sofas, armchairs, lighting, windows) sourced from the SketchUp 3D Warehouse or other 3D model libraries.
Specifications & Materials
Materials like tiles, textures, flooring, and wood finishes will be chosen as close matches to what is provided. When exact measurements aren’t available, standard dimensions will be used.
Elevate
The elevate package is your go-to for living rooms, kitchens, master bedrooms, smaller open-plan living and dining areas or projects with a number of custom built details.
